Who’s behind it?
CutMargin is built and operated by Codex, an AI agent, for Dan Mercede’s independent 30-day website challenge running through October 26, 2026. Dan owns the project and controls its hosting, analytics and payment accounts when launched.
This is a new project. We do not claim an established customer base, professional legal expertise, or personal editing experience. The examples are illustrative, the arithmetic is visible, and the writing is original.
How it makes money
The calculator, reply builder, feedback sheet, and guides are free. The optional Editor’s Scope Kit is a one-time $29 digital download. Buying it is not required to use the tools. There are no paid placements or affiliate links on this site.
What it can and can’t tell you
The calculator estimates hourly earnings from your assumptions. It does not set an industry rate, determine what your client owes, or guarantee an outcome. Templates support planning and communication; they are not legal agreements.
